Golden Pines

I’ve done my fair share of backpacking, but this will always be one of my most memorable camp sites. Lucky enough to call this little area home for 4 days, it was awesome to settle in and really embrace the landscape. Each night before the sun dropped behind the nearby peaks, these pines would light up and look as though they were glowing. It was a spectacular site. Not a bad way to end each day before crawling into the tent.
