Pristine Passage

The rugged coastline of Vancouver Island and mainland British Columbia is filled with incredible natural beauty. The mountains drop directly into the sea, and many of its remote inlets can only be reached via float plane or boat. During a late summer visit, we had the privilege of taking in the sights from above as we ventured out on a float plane ride at daybreak. Cruising over glaciated peaks and up and down the wild coast, my appreciation for such unspoiled wilderness could not have been greater. This place is special.
