Last Light

My luck scoring a sunny day on the Washington coast has never been that great. Some friends and I were on our way back from a trip to British Columbia when we decided to make a detour to the coast and camp for the night. True to form, it was another cloudy, northwest day. However, moments before the sun dipped below the horizon, it managed to emerge from a persistent cloud layer, providing a few minutes of beautiful sunset light.
