Larch Light

It’s such a narrow window of time when these western larch trees put on a fall show. For a handful of days their vibrant summer greens turn to a beautiful golden yellow. If you happen to have a bit of luck and good timing, it’s quite the site to see. As this October day was quickly losing light, this little larch grove took advantage of the afternoon’s last rays of sun before it dipped behind the nearby granite peaks.
